NGRS is a newly established communication platform that aims to facilitate communication between State and Federal Governments and key stakeholders involved in improving road safety, reducing road trauma, and enhancing driver education and training.
The platform was founded by Richard Prowse, who tragically lost his niece and nephew in the Mildura road accident in 2008. Through his experience, Richard realized that various road safety groups and driver education courses were established in response to daily road trauma issues, but there was no centralized body to help administer and coordinate these efforts.
